Our new look, and the thinking behind it.

Our new look, and the thinking behind it.

You may have already spotted a new look starting to flow across our range. A bolder green. A different design. A bottle that lets you peek inside.

But this change isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s a reflection of where we are now, and where we’re heading.

If you've been curious about the change, let us share the thinking behind it.

Same at the core. Expressed more clearly.

This year, Skin Juice will turn 30. And like many of us do when we approach a milestone, we took some time to review where we have come from and what was being reflected.

Our previous look was youthful and playful, and while it played an important and beloved role in our story, over time, it didn’t fully reflect the depth of our formulations or the way our community uses and understands skincare today.

So, this shift is about alignment. A more refined, considered expression, while still celebrating the sensorial, ingredient-led nature of everything we make. Same at the core, clearer on the surface.

Colour, always.

Colour has always been part of our DNA, representing the life force of the ingredients we use and the vitality they bring to the skin

With this new direction, we've introduced more depth and complexity into our colour palette. Because in nature, colour is never just one tone. It shifts. It deepens. It surprises you.

And our new signature green? Bold, brave, and a little unexpected. Rooted in nature, but with a vibrancy that is a nod to our philosophy of fresh thinking in every drop.

Designed with Transparency in Mind

Our new packaging features elements of transparency, and that's very much intentional. Clear packaging components let you keep an eye on your product, so you know when you’re running low and when it's time to refill. It’s a small detail, but a practical one.

It also reflects how we approach skincare more broadly. We aim to be clear about what’s inside, how it works, and what you can expect. No overstatement, just thoughtful formulation and honest information.

A More Sensorial Experience

We think packaging should echo the formulation inside.

From soft matte finishes to embossed logos. From the feel of the vessel to the way it sits in your hand, every detail has been considered to mirror the texture and performance of our formulas.

It’s not about adding complexity. It’s about connection.

Shaped by Your Feedback

A few practical changes were driven directly by your feedback.

We’ve made information easier to read and responded to feedback around durability and practicality – for example, transitioning Bio Juice away from glass that was more prone to breakage.

There is greater consideration for the functionality of products in everyday use. Our desire is to use packaging that is intuitive, also improving accuracy in our dosage and how products are dispensed.

It’s a reminder that the best ideas evolve through use, feedback and real-world experience.

Lightening our footprint

As a small Australian manufacturer and a proud member of APCO, reducing our environmental impact is a priority, and we’re always looking at how we can do better.

Our Bio Juice bottles are now made from heavy-walled PET that is 100 per cent recycled and fully recyclable through kerbside systems. They’re also designed to be reused or refilled using our refill pouches, supporting a more circular approach to packaging.

We know glass is often seen as the ideal, but the reality is a little more complex. Not all glass is accepted in kerbside recycling, particularly when it’s treated or coated. It’s also more prone to breakage, both in transit and in your space.

This shift allows us to reduce breakage, lower our shipping footprint, and offer a format that supports ongoing use rather than single cycles.

You’ll see new packaging continue to roll out over time. We’re transitioning gradually, using existing components where possible to minimise unnecessary waste. It might mean the range looks a little mixed for a while, but it’s a more considered way to move forward.

Same Juice. New Skin.

This isn’t about becoming something new. It’s about expressing what’s already there, more clearly.

And as more of the range evolves, we hope it starts to feel less like a change, and more like a natural flow.
